HighRiskPayments offers merchant onboarding, risk management consulting, payment gateway access, and referral services in cooperation with third-party financial institutions and processors. We do not directly provide banking, custodial, or settlement services.

By using our site or submitting a merchant application, you confirm that:

• You have the authority to act on behalf of the business you represent;
• Your business is not prohibited under applicable laws or by our partner providers.
